NO, Vertical scope takes peoples money, and then flat out don't do their end of the deal. PM admin and you get nothing but crickets either, I have my blue star next to my name but my search permissions don't work. I've emailed and pm'd and got no response, newb's don't even get the star by their name anymore.

Hopefully you'll see this. Because of your screwed up system I can't send a PM because even though I have zero items in either the sent or received PM boxes, it says that "Your PM box is 100% full" and I can't PM anyone.

Paid for blue star back in December (auto-renew). Noticed it was gone about 08 January, even though you had my money. Sent a message via the "contact us" at the bottom of the page and got the star for about a week.
It is now gone again. I've sent messages via the "contact us" again with no results.

Apologies for all of the troubles @U.P. Jeep. Your current site settings should allow you to send/receive messages, so with regards to the message that you've received about your inbox being full, I'd suggest clearing your cache/cookies to see if that brings things back to normal in your inbox.

With regards to your star/payment, I went into your account settings and everything was set as it should be. It showed that you had paid and that the Land Use Warrior subscription was activated. All I did was refresh the page and it looks like your star is now showing up. Not sure why it was so finicky, but at least it's there now! Sorry for all the hassle/inconvenience. Let me know if you have any further issues with it.

So, it looks like our team is going to have to be extra diligent with the account settings on this particular site since it appears that "flipping the switch" to activate account subscriptions is not enough. Perhaps it's the forum software showing it's age, I'm not sure, but going forward we will try to make sure to double check that the subscription changes have stuck.

If anyone else experiences issues with this, please just send us a PM and we will sort it out. Sometimes the situation requires us to confirm the transaction with the sales team, which can take a few days (or more, if sent in over the holidays when half of the team was on vacation) but rest assured we are not trying to scam y'all out of your subscription payments, so the harsh words/name calling are really not necessary.

Thanks again for your patience (and sorry for the long winded reply).

Got the star back again, thanks... Cleared cookies and cache (on all three computers that I've accessed P4x4 on and I still get the same message with the PM box--except now with the star it is no longer full.
